I had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. I enjoyed taking morning walks next to the hotel and taking in the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice on places to visit in the region. The breakfast served on the hotel terrace was delicious, and I loved starting my day with a typically Lebanese meal. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel were exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offered an early check-in, comfortable rooms with amazing views, and reliable and affordable taxi services. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was ideal, with quick access to the Hammana old souk.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Great panoramic view of the beautiful countryside. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Good restaurant and variety of dishes served. Location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Morning walks near the hotel are amazing and breathtaking. Friendly staff are always available to help.
Everything in the hotel seems outdated. From the small things like towels to the bed sheets, everything needs to be updated.

The view from the hotel was impressive, with stunning views of the surrounding valley. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city and it was an easy walk to local restaurants and shops. The staff was charming and always willing to help.
The room was below ground level, dark and damp, which triggered my allergies. There were no windows in the room, and the air conditioning did not work properly.
